Divorce - Financial Settlement

Financial matters (sometimes referred to as “ancillary relief” disputes) are often difficult to resolve following the breakdown of a marriage.

We offer solicitors who are experienced in dealing with financial matters following the breakdown of a marriage. In most cases we achieve an out of court settlement however we appreciate that is not always possible and we will fight to achieve the best settlement for you.

Our solicitors have experience dealing with different types of cases from those with modest assets and income to those involving significant assets and income and international aspects. Your choice of solicitor is important. Unlike some organisations the solicitor appointed will be the person dealing with your case and you will be able to meet them face to face. We can tailor our service to your requirements whether you wish us to deal with all aspects of your case or only specific parts of it. We offer a number of options regarding the financing of your case and are also able to offer public funding (subject to availability) and fixed fee estimates on request.

We can help whether you are seeking;

We have a family department able to offer specialised advice on matters of Family Law and we have membership of 'RESOLUTION' for solicitors dealing in family work.
