David Tagg and Co are accredited by the Law Society in relation to conveyancing and are one of the first firms to be admitted to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is your assurance that you will receive a quality service in relation to conveyancing work. We will be proactive on your behalf, keeping you advised as to all developments, and aim to provide a friendly and cost- effective service.

The Law Societys Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a best practice quality standard for residential conveyancing by setting out a preferred practice for how residential property transactions should be completed.

Unlike some large budget conveyancing 'factory' firms all the staff at David Tagg & Co are based in our office in Fulham and do not work remotely or from branch offices in other parts of the UK. We offer quality independent advice and service in relation to your sale or purchase. Unlike some firms we do not pay commissions to estate agents to get their recommendation.

It is intended that your matter will be dealt with by one named lawyer offering specialist advice in conveyancing and familiar with the West London area from beginning to end. You will be able to meet the person dealing with your case face to face by appointment and speak to them on the telephone. What you can expect from us:

• we will tell you what the costs will be
• we will keep you informed of progress in your sale or purchase
